The Low-Down: Statistically, the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) has achieved a great deal: over 11 years and 21 films, it has introduced dozens of relatively obscure characters into mainstream pop culture. More importantly, however, the franchise has proven that long-form storytelling can work in a cinematic context - as long as...
Yes! Brie Larson (who plays the titular Captain Marvel), Samuel L. Jackson (Nick Fury), Gemma Chan (Minn-Erva), as well as the movie’s directors Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck will be descending upon our sunny shores at Singapore's iconic Marina Bay Sands this Valentine's Day - 14 February 2019! The...
The Low-Down: After 47 Meters Down’s huge box office success, horror director Johannes Roberts returns with more than twice the budget with an indirect sequel with a totally new cast but the same monster. 47 Meters Down: Uncaged stars two high-profile teenage actresses — Jamie Foxx’s daughter Corinne and Sylvester Stallone’s daughter Sistine...
Marvel's Iron Man 3 made a huge mark in Singapore`s box office history over the weekend, posting the biggest opening weekend in history!

The Low-Down: What if John Wick is a lady? With John Wick 3’s recent release by the same production company (Lionsgate), it’s hard not to draw similarities of Anna to the Keanu Reeves hit. Guns, lots of guns, and lots of well-choreographed melee combat sequences by an assassin whose rights...

Turns out we hadn't seen anything yet. The initial teaser footage of Iron Man 3 had us excited about this third film in the Tony Stark trilogy, and the first huge Marvel picture after the smash-hit success of The Avengers. But with the release of this brand new trailer featuring over two minutes of heart-stopping action and rousing drama, it's clear that there's even more reason to be glad that Tony's back in the spotlight, flying solo. Watch the trailer after the jump!

Turns out we really haven't seen anything yet where Iron Man 3 is concerned. The initial teaser footage of the film had us excited enough about this third installment in the Tony Stark trilogy, and the first huge Marvel picture after the smash-hit success of The Avengers. But with the release of this brand new trailer featuring over two minutes of heart-stopping action and rousing drama, it's clear that there's even more reason to be glad that Tony's back in the spotlight, flying solo. The highly anticipated Iron Man 3 will be coming to our screens very soon and we're proud to bring you our exclusive interview with stars Robert Downey Jr, Don Cheadle, director Shane Black and producer Kevin Feige. The quartet talked about bringing Iron Man 3 back to movie screens after the huge success of The Avengers, and making it all about Tony Stark again, and more.
Marvel has released a first official concept art of IRON MAN 3 by artist Ryan Meinerding. The art depicts a partly suit-up Mr. Stark getting into some sort of trouble, again. We're wondering if it has anything to do with the rumoured 'Extremis' plot that allows Stark to physically transform into Iron Man anytime he chooses. Well, let's hope the official synopsis will come soon to clear our wondering minds. Hopefully at this end month's Comic Con in San Diego. For now, let's just contend ourselves that the film still stars Robert Downey Jr. Directed and co-written by Shane Black, the film is set for release in Singapore's cinemas on April 25, 2013.
Marvel Studios has released an official set photo to coincide with the official start of production of Iron Man 3 in Wilmington, North Carolina with plans to take shooting to Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina, Miami, Florida and China. Directed by Shane Black, Robert Downey Jr. returns as billionaire playboy/super hero Tony Stark/Iron Man along with Gwyneth Paltrow as Pepper Potts, Don Cheadle as James Rhodes and Jon Favreau as Happy Hogan. Additional members of the cast are said to include Ben Kingsley, Guy Pearce, James Badge Dale and William Sadler.
