This movie is likeable, despite Keanu Reeves` trademark zone-out antics at work here, because of the strong supporting performances. Farmiga and Caan both offer up strong doses of wry humour. Otherwise, the movie feels wildly uneven in tone, and its romance/comedy/heist genre melding does not quite work.
The idea to weave a theatre performance into part of a bank heist procedure is actually rather interesting, but pity everything else about the movie feels clichÃ
