So, it seems like DiCaprio may finally have a shot at winning his first Oscar. We'll see... Meanwhile, 'The Martian' won Best Picture – Comedy, and Best Actor in a Comedy for Matt Damon; while the Best Actress in a Drama & in a Comedy went to Brie Larson for 'Room' and Jennifer Lawrence for 'Joy', respectively.

The nomination list for the 73rd Annual Golden Globe Awards is out! Angela Bassett, America Ferrera, Chloë Grace Moretz and Dennis Quaid announced the nominees this morning at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA. The 73rd Annual Golden Globe Awards will be broadcast live on 10 January 2016 (11 January in Singapore). Ricky Gervais will return as host for the fourth time - he hosted the Globes for three consecutive years, from 2010-12.
mm2 Entertainment and Jack Neo's JTeam Productions have begun development work to extend Neo's short film from '7 Letters' into a feature film. Neo is also looking to involve Taiwanese actor Darren Wang Da Lu for the fourth instalment of the successful 'Ah Boys To Men' franchise. Both films are planned for release in 2017.
