The Dark Knight Trilogy - 1st time in IMAX here
To mark the epic conclusion of the Dark Knight trilogy, Warner Bros. Pictures Singapore and Shaw Theatres are showing all three films in IMAX for the very first time in Singapore. On 1 September, exclusively at Shaw Theatres LIDO IMAX and Shaw Theatres JCube IMAX catch this once-in-a-lifetime Dark Knight marathon beginning with Batman Begins and climaxing with epic conclusion of the trilogy, The Dark Knight Rises. Priced at S$50, tickets for this highly anticipated IMAX movie marathon, a first in Singapore, will go on sale at 2:00pm today*.

Lincoln - 1st Poster
DreamWorks Studios has unveiled this first official poster for Steven Spielberg’s upcoming biopic Lincoln, in which Daniel Day-Lewis plays the 16th President of America. Based on the best-selling book ‘Team of Rivals’ by Pulitzer Prize-winning historian Doris Kearns Goodwin, the film also stars a long list of notable actors like Sally Field, Tommy Lee Jones, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Hal Holbrook and James Spader (and more). It opens in the U.S this November, and in Singapore cinemas January 2013. Synopsis below.

The Hunger Games 2 - Sam Claflin is Finnick
The search is over. Confirming what had been long speculated, Lionsgate announced today that Sam Claflin has landed the coveted role of Finnick Odair in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. Claflin will play the charismatic Finnick, who forms an alliance with Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence) when all past winners are forced to return to the deadly arena for the 75th annual Hunger Games.
