Cathay expands your film experience at Cineleisure Orchard
Great news, movie lovers: Cathay Cineplex Cineleisure Orchard, the flagship cinema of Cathay Cineplexes, has announced the completion of its three-month expansion program, with the launch of three brand new movie halls at Level 4 of the building. The expansion will boost the total capacity at the cineplex to 15 movie halls and 2281 seats, officially making it the largest cinema in Singapore.

Michelle Chong's 3 Peas In A Pod《他她他》- 1st trailer
Check out the debut trailer of Michelle Chong's second feature film, 3 Peas In A Pod, which tells the story of three university friends from Taiwan, Korea and Singapore who go on a road trip that changes their lives forever. Directed by Chong, the film stars Alexander Lee Eusebio, Calvin Chen and Jae Liew.

Million Dollar Arm starts production with Jon Hamm as lead
Principal photography has begun on Walt Disney Pictures’ Million Dollar Arm, starring Jon Hamm. Directed by Craig Gillespie (Lars and the Real Girl, Fright Night), the film is produced by Mark Ciardi and Gordon Gray, through their Mayhem Pictures, and Joe Roth, under his Roth Films banner, with Palak Patel and Kevin Halloran serving as executive producers.

Advance booking for Jay Chou’s THE ROOFTOP opens today
THE ROOFTOP <<天台>>, opening worldwide on 11 July 2013, marks Jay Chou’s second film behind the camera, following SECRET (2007), is a musical extravaganza combining elements of martial arts and special effects. It stars Chou alongside Eric Tsang, Wang Xueqi and Alan Ko in a story set in a fantasy world comprised of two distinctly contrasting communities and lifestyles. The Fellowship of the Ring Live in Singapore

That Girl In Pinafore to premiere at Shanghai International Film Festival
It definitely looks to us like Singapore films are making a splash overseas this year. Hot on the heels of news that Ilo-Ilo won the Camera d'Or at the 66th Cannes Film Festival, F*** has learnt that director Chai Yee-Wei's xinyao movie - That Girl In Pinafore - will be receiving its world premiere at the Shanghai International Film Festival (SIFF) in June.
